Worst Courier service ever 🚮🚮

I am absolutely appalled by Aramex Courier,my parcel was sent out last monday but I have not received it.Went to inquire on their page & they said they will get back to me & guess what,they did not & that was on Friday...what is worse is that even on their app the last update was on the 6th & after that nothing,it's not the 1st time Aramex has done something like this & what is saddening is that this time around the parcel contains important stuff so it's a waiting game the whole week & there is no alternative to get what's in the parcel but wait for this unreliable courier company until they see fit to deliver that package

But why am I even suprised because it's not the 1st time they do this,I will NEVER EVER use this pathetic excuse of a company EVER again
