Worst courier service company ever

I don't even know if you deserve the star, Aramex IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER! I do not understand why they don't update us regarding our orders.. My parcel has been with them since the 22 October till today there's no communication, nothing about customs!!! I called them and they say it takes 4 days in customs but it's been over 4 days...
