Worst courier service

This is uncalled for.... Aramex must really do something about its bad service. How can a parcel be wrong routed, the audacity to not inform me, I had to personally call and find out about my parcel and it wasn't even updated on their tracking system, yet they charge ridiculous fees!!!!!!!
