Worst courier service

I ordered a package from shein 3 weeks ago, my package was accepted by Aramex the package took less than a week to get to SA but once in SA lm struggling for them to send custom fees meaning my package is just sitting at their warehouse. l have called and emailed Aramex every single day for the past week and a half its the sane excuse everyday telling me my custom fees will be sent before the end of the day.my package was schedule to have arrived on the 12th of August 2022 but till today im fighting Aramex daily ..This is really frustrating Shein should really consider just using bufallo logistics as their courier only because Aramex is really failing
