WORST COURIER SERVICE

Been waiting for delivery of a certificate. First day, I missed a call, when i called back seconds after that I was told the office cannot contact the driver. delivery had to be rescheduled. on the second day, i waited and waited and when i finally decided to track the parcel online, apparently their driver had called without an answer and was unable to deliver and then i have to do a yo-yo conversation of but i didnt miss any calls and the call center person insisting that i was called. Very frustrating service.
