Worst courier in this world and the next

<p>I had to send my ID, bank statements and marriage certificate post net counter to counter. They to my great loss used aramex. Parcel went missing right after it was collected from postnet. Two weeks ago I started trying to find it but all I got was the absolutely nothing. Initially their support desk said they where investigating. So I wait. Nothing. When I complained again. Their Risk manager was involved. Nothing. next complaint I was told their risk manager was off and they could do nothing. What? When I asked that a manager contact me 5 days ago I got Nothing. Now I have to go to the police and then the ***** guys and get myself protected against identity theft while aramex waits for the next unsuspecting sucker. </p>
