Worst Courier in South Africa - Aramex

Absolute WORST service and courier company in South Africa. No communication on delivery of parcels, no assistance on international shipping or customs information that they have the parcel. Places an order in Shein that sat with Aramex for over 2 weeks, no communication or calls at all, and then a demand for payment or it will be handed over to a warehouse for additional R5000 minimum fines. Didn't even know it was at their warehouse.

Besides this, when it eventually arrived, the website nor Aramex contact you the day before or at the least on the day to ask if anyone is home for delivery. They just so what they like, if no one is home, you wait another 3-5 days when they feel like coming back, and then get attitude from the driver.

Shein should pick another courier in SA, honestly disgusting how they as a business can see these reviews and do nothing to change their reputation
