Worst courier in SA

Informed that my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday, but nothing. Then after several phone calls, WhatsApp’s, online assistance, emails, I was advised that the parcel would be delivered yesterday (27 April), but that never happened, because it was a PH. And did I receive it today? Of course not!! On Tuesday I held on the line for almost 15 minutes without a response. Today, my WhatsApp still hadn’t been answered after two hours!! What a useless courier company!!
