Worst courier experience yet. No parcel in sight.

Aramex must be the worst courier I have experienced. They don't communicate anything to you, even though your parcel hasn't been delivered for months. Every time you contact them to ask, they just ask you to be patient. This isn't a good enough answer. I have been waiting for my parcel since June.
