Worst courier experience ever!

I have never received such poor service in the courier service sector! My word! My sister sent my travel documents via Aramex on a Saturday and when I called on Tuesday to follow up and no one seemed to know anything about my parcel. It became a back and forth argument that the Pick n pay outlet must have lost it or something. My sister had to leave work, go to the store again and guess what? She found the parcel as well as others as she had left it on Saturday! I’ve been speaking to a consultant requesting that they give me my refund back and that seems to be falling on deaf ears as I was then given a number to call a manager by the name Celeste and I tried calling numerous times and was told that he/she is on a phone call. Told to leave my number and she will get back to me, it did not happen! I will never use their services again and all I wanted is my money back as I had to get alternative means of getting my documents….. at that even their customer care consultants seem to either not care or they’re simply unprofessional, I spoke to about 5 different people and honestly only one bothered to get back to me and further enquire of my issue. This is absolutely appalling service!
