Worst courier ever

I ordered two parcels and both were couriered by aramex.One was delivered Tuesday and they phoned on Wednesday to arrange delivery on Thursday.Friday morning the driver phoned me and says nobody is home.I told him yes because delivery was suppose to be Thursday,I arranged that I was there the whole day.I phoned the cape town office and told him I needed the parcel.His words were it will Not be delivered today after 5.Dont use this courier.The cheap price you pay is for cheap service.I told all my suppliers if they continued to use the I will find new suppliers.
