Worst Courier ever

If only there was an option for zero-rating is what I would have given them because they don't deserve a star. This is the worst courier ever you can use. Have hed my parcel shipped from Joberg to East London last month on the 15th I still have not received it, it's always out on delivery after calling to inquire they tell you same story and have guts to update on their website that customer not available yet they never tried to deliver. Useless courier use at your own risk.
