Worst Courier Ever

This is the worst courier ever! Im not sure why Toys R us would even consider using you guys. I have been waiting sitting at home 2 days straight and no communication just a update on app failed to deliver.

You should not even be in business with this terrible service and app you use. I am going to the store tomorrow to demand my order or a full refund!
