Worst courier company in the world.

I guess there is literally nothing more that you can actually say that what has been said already.. They are ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST courier company that you can use. Only time something happens and my parcel moves in another step is when I stay on the line for about 20 min and loose my **** at the end of the call. You can phone them directly after you received an update and speak to two different call center operators and get two different answers with one saying the parcel is in Dubai and another its not cleared at customs yet. I can not understand how a company I have NEVER heard of (Buffalo's logistics) had my parcel at my door within a bit more than a week and a company that is meant to be so excellent is more than a week and half late on delivery! That makes no sense at all. PLEASE people don't use them, you will only be left in more trouble and worries and stress, rather use SA postal service I am sure you will get better service and delivery from them.
