Worst courier company in South Africa, do not use

I have a parcel that was sent to me on the 30 Nov from Durban to Pretoria, tracking number DBP***, I have been phoning Aramex to find my parcel to no avail, they have lost my parcel and have no idea where it is, I have offered to go collect this at any branch. I have lost count of the amount of money I have spent holding for Aramex to answer my calls. I get given a different response depending on the agent you speak to. Aramex has the worst service, no one should use these idiots
