Worst courier company in South Africa!! And Disgusting customer service!

Dean Randal and andzani Shiviti from customer relation need to do their jobs! I spoke to Ishara who never called me back, Ayanda, useless! Julia, useless! Talent, useless! They are useless! And don’t know what customer service is, they all left me hanging without properly assisting me! I waited for a package for over a week and they never cared to contact me instead they kept in their warehouse without talking to me if they had any issues, they don’t care at all. Useless company! The fact that incredible connections uses them as their courier company is even more disgusting because I’m sure they know that Aramax is one of the worst courier companies in South Africa, it shows that they don’t care about their customers and will never use their services again, if anyone is buying from incredible connections and will need delivery, don’t bother you won’t receive your parcel and they won’t help you get it either, they’ll tell you to go figure it out on your own with aramax. Aramax uses other local courier company such as RWS, but they’ll never contact you to tell you that and they won’t make sure you get your parcel either!!
