Worst courier company in South Africa.

Shockingly bad service for a courier company. Aramex do not let you know at any time when your parcel is out for delivery. Not even on the day. It’s just a mystery when and if it will arrive. Then suddenly one gets a missed call from the driver - no one was there, he’s left. Etc. This goes on for days.

The call center hangs up on you. The WhatsApp customer consultant is totally unhelpful. They won’t give you the drivers number. They can’t tell you a time. They won’t tell you the driver’s route. No helpful suggestions.

This is not a once off with Aramex. It’s happened every time with them. I’m personally contacting all the companies I know who use them for delivery to tell them that association with them is going to give their own service a terrible name and to use another company in future. Already 4 of them have done so.
