Worst courier company in SA - DON’TUSE THEM!!!!!

Aramex doesn’t even deserve a one star rating!! Sent a parcel off on 27 November from Johannesburg- destination Krugersdorp (50kms away). The parcel has still not been delivered...it’s now 23 December 2020. I have called their customer care line 6 times. Each time I’m told the case will be escalated and someone will call me back...no one ever does. If I ask to be out through to a manager they say their manager is in a meeting . If they can’t answer me I am often cut off. The parcel is still in Johannesburg and no one helps or gives feedback. Aramex is truly the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have asked for claim forms to submit a claim but no one that I have spoken to is authorised to send me a claim form.
