Worst Courier Company EVER(Aramex)

on the 16th April 2021 i sent a package using Postnet and i was told that the truck that delivers packages has been highjacked i spoke to Postnet and i was referred to Aramex as they are the courier company that they use, i did speak to them(Aramex) they told me there was a form i needed to fill which i did which was sometime in may and according to the form i will get response within 10 working days but i haven't heard from them ever since, i tried to call them but they told me to go talk to Postnet regarding the issue and i asked them how can i talk with Postnet while they(Aramex) are the ones that lost my package not postnet. the Lady said the can't help me then she dropped the call. This is the worst Courier company ever i rate them 0
