Worst courier company ever in time!!!

Worst ever service in all time. My parcel is at Johannesburg aramex for more than 10 days now. I was told it is customs holding my parcel back. But there is a thing called a tracking number. That showed the parcel cleared customs 9 days ago. So very bad service and lies with it as well. Well done Aramex!!
