Worst courier company EVER!!!

This is the worst and unorganized courier company I have ever dealt with. I am based in Centurion. Bought an item from a retailer in Centurion. The parcel is first shipped to Sandton, then back to Pretoria. When I enquired, they said someone made a mistake by sending it to Pretoria. It will be escalated and my parcel will only be delivered within 48 hours now after I paid for overnight delivery. The is absolute BS!!!
