Worst Courier company ever.

I am very frustrated as I order a parcel on the 21.05.2020 and still have not received it. Parcel was collected in Cape Town on the 10.06.2020 and still not been allocated at there JHB branch and also has not gone out for delivery to my house. I spoke to a call center agent on Monday they promised me that they would investigate and get back to me as to why my parcel has not jet been scheduled for delivery. This has not happened and I phone them again this morning 17.06.2020 was holding on for 22 minutes and got cut off. Still no feedback as when I will receive my parcel.
