Worst Courier Company ever.

There is no communication, their tacking system is not updated daily and they take too long to customs clear shipment. My shipment arrived on the 1/11/2021 and ever since that day their tracking system shows customs clearance underway. Nothing else was updated since the 1st. I have phoned them today (04/11/2021) and I was told that they have a backlog.. Why accept new shipments when you have a backlog??? The previous shipment that SHEIN sent me in October was late by 8 days.
