Worst Courier Company Ever.

The Worst Courier Company since forever. My package was held back at customs, I emailed all the necessary docs, and even got an email confirming everything is in order. Followed up for over a week, and once I actually got some feedback, I needed to send all my docs again, because they didn't even start with the clearance process. Now they want to charge me a clearance fee. It's the 1st of August today, and now I should wait another 3-5 days, for clearance. Aramex why does it take you 10 working days just to clear a package? If you can't do the work, then rather close your business.

And the best part of it all is this isn't the first time either. Wish my supplier would just get another service provider.
