Worst courier company ever!!!

If i could give them -100 i would. Literally the most PATHETIC service. I currently have 2 parcels pending payment, but when trying to make payment i am told that i cant make payment. I have contacted ARAMEX numerous times via e-mail as well as phone, but do you think one person can actually assist me? I was contacted by their customer service department to make payment for one parcel and send proof of payment to them directly for them to allocate manually in order to release the one parcel. I did everything that was asked of me and made payment from Nedbank to Nedbank on Wednesday morning already but still no progress! I actually feel as if i have been ****** of this payment. Does the Management of Aramex not realise how severe this problem is? How sh*t the service is? And how negatively they are perceived in the market?

PLEASE SOMEONE SPRT THIS OUT!!!!! WHAT MORE DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY PARCELS RELEASED???

I have since moved over to PBC for my courier needs. Clearly Aramex can not deliver. How sad.
