WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!

By far the worst courier I’ve ever worked with. My parcel was suppose to be delivered Friday. I called them 3 times on that Friday and they told me it will arrive before 16h30. It didn’t arrive and no one bothered to call me to update me on anything. Saturday morning I call then again and they tell me “the driver ran out of time”. IM RIGHT IN JOBURG CITY, how does the driver run out of time to deliver my stuff when I’m within 5km radius? So now I have to wait for Monday to get stuff I was suppose to be working on this weekend. It’s not the first time they do this. My advise, just stay away. That 72 hours promise they make is honestly just BS
