Worst Courier Company, DO NOT USE

My father in law had his phone ****** in Cape Town, we stay in Joburg and he doesn’t have an income. I decided to buy him a phone, rica it, make an account for him on play store, download WhatsApp, load his phone with airtime, save numbers in it and send him photos of his grandson so that when he open his parcel he could literally make a call and the phone would already be setup. I purchased an envelope for the R99 anywhere in South Africa and had confirmed with the lady who sold it to me if it’s ok to send a cell phone, which she confirmed. My father in law thanked me for the charger and earphones. The phone was gone, ******, taken!!!! I immediately called Aramex and queried it and was sent a picture of the sealed envelope and was told it was sealed when delivered. My instruction on the parcel was that only the recipient could sign and accept the parcel….the driver refused for my father in law to sign. The utter stupidity of sending a picture where the envelope is sealed is beyond me, what does that help? I am so disgusted in their service and lack of concern or interest. I wouldn’t recommend this joke of a company to anyone and they have an attitude like the majority of the people in this country, not giving a ****. I’m going to make sure that I go onto every social media platform and speak my mind, tell all my friends, family, and 1800 customers who use courier services to stay away from ARAMEX as it’s a ****ing joke of a service, their **** attitude and all around **** company that steel your goods instead of delivering them. Thanks you assholes for nothing.
