Worst courier company

My experience with Aramex has been horrific,I've ordered a parcel more that two months ago and still not even at the delivery hub and their customer service is shocking I can sit on the phone for hours before someone answers and then I still get no help ,I've sent countless emails and haven't gotten a reply from any of them.Aramex is so quick to take your money but won't do their job.
