Worst Courier Company

This is the worst courier company by far! For 3 weeks I have been trying to trace my parcel. First it is in their Midrand offices, then it is out for delivery, then it is still at customs, then it is in Sandton, then it is out for delivery but I still dont have it!! Try calling them and you hold for 15 min just to get through. Being in Logistics myself Inknow they have a SERIOUS tracing issue but they are not going to tell customers this! I want a full refund and will never use this company again!!
