Worst courier company

Would give it -5, not even worth the 1 star. Parcel (Medical supplies) was sent on 09/06/2020 & today 08/07/2020 it has not yet been delivered. I have 4 reference numbers, complained via e-mail, phoned, waited more than 10 minutes for the call to be answered & still nothing! Online the parcel was updated on 09/06/2020 collected 10/06/2020 shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility 11/06/2020 shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility 22/06/2020 shipment arrived at Aramex destination facility 02/07/2020 shipment arrived at Aramex destination facility. Aramex is the worst courier company!
