Worst Courier Company

Worst courier company ever. Agents are very friendly and promise you the moon and the stars, but their service is **********. Whatsapp agents' and call center agents' tell you totally different things. I had to call 4 times and send numerous WhatsApps to get one parcel sorted out. Took 7 days to deliver from warehouse!! Unacceptable service
