Worst courier company

This must be the worst courier service to deal with. Phoning the call center is hopeless, WhatsApp, don’t get any replies and emails, well they respond but still nothing happens. There is just no way to track your parcel or to speak to an actual person to assist. Been trying to get my parcel since December, but to no avail. Asked delivery be scheduled for today, but still waiting on confirmation from them since I’ve stayed home the whole day waiting for my delivery. Delivery that was suppose to be a Christmas present. This company doesn’t care about service at all.
