Worst courier company

I ordered a package 4 weeks ago which was couriered through Aramex, I was requested to pay clearance fees and told my package would be delivered in 2 - 3 working days. Today I received a call to inform me that my goods were in a vehicle that was hijacked and that my supplier would call me. I asked for a case number which they could not provide. Their service has been terrible, from the delays to my parcel being ******. I suspect foul play with this company. Please do not use Aramex. I have never experienced such issues with DHL or FedEx.
