Worst courier company

I am so disappointed in aramex services and i can honestly urge anyone to never use them. I had heard bad things from others about aramex but went ahead and used them anyway. That turned out to be a big mistake. I have lost out on a job and my husband did not get delivery of his medication because of their poor attitude to good customer service. My daughter sent through these items on 27/09/2017 but those items were never delivered. When i enquired I realised that they were also willing to lie on customers. I was given excuses like they didn't know the code for the intercom thus no delivery was made. This is despite the fact that the unit no is written on the delivery pack and instructions on how to use the intercom are also provided for on intercom itself. I have never had this happen with other courier companies and i urge peope to rather spend more on other companies than get important documents lost through using aramex. It has cost me dearly and don't let the same thing happen to you.
