Worst Company to be associated with

This is so far the worst company to be associated with. My parcel is held at customs no one called me to inform me and I decided to call the company. I waited for 5hours for someone to assist me calling with my ****** airtime been transfered by agents without explaining. Finally I get Zithulele fro customs to assist I send him the requested details and says the will send an invoice still today nothing and request feedback from him cc lebogang still nothing. Today I call again for feedback I'm been send from pillar to post waiting very long to get feedback nothing. John just send through email to department to request an invoice so Zithulele did not do anything again I must wait really who is going to pay my airtime money if we wait so long to get assisted. You guys are really *********** yesses
