Worst company in SA

This is actually THE WORST delivery company!

Almost every time when I get parcels that were sent by them I have the same bad experience.. My last parcel was out for delivery 29 December at 6.30 am..I was the whole day at home waiting for the courier .. but didn't get it. Then I checked tracking information and it was saying :"Attempted delivery. Customer not available" ..It's simply a lie which happened to me many times with Aramex..

Ok, next 7 days no one contacted to me.. no one arrived to deliver my parcel. I sent them query as well ас sender of my parcel..and you know what? They told there is no complex name im my address and they can't reach me..

But what was the real reason? if its missed name of complex ..why your courier put "CUSTOMER NOT AVALIBLE" ?

When I lived in another area, some of parcels simply were lost .. Same story from the courier every time.." customer not available " ( while I am at home), or "customer do not pick up the cellphone" ( while I have zero missed calls), or " Some person from my unit said she doesn't wait any parcel" (while I am living alone) and many other lies ..

A have zero problem with any other courier services in SA and always get my parcel in 1-2 days day. But here .. 7-14 days needs to get your parcel from Midrand to Sandton ..and spend a lot of your nerves..and even then they can lost it and put blatant lie into tracking information.

Disgusting.
