Worst case scenario, still dont take a chance with ARAMEX....

I would give zero stars if it were an option. worst customer service ever. ordered a parcel from nike online , parcel reached johannesburg 3 weeks ago. says its in transit. call the customer service centre. explain myself everytime to a new call agent. " we will get a senior to call you".... never happens. parcel is lost, seems so is my money. the attitude of the sales agents are disgusting. apart from one very accomodating KIM WOODMAN, no 1 even tried to assist me. Thanks KIM.

bottom line, dont use ARAMEX. it wasnt my choice, rather NIKE's, but im bearing the brunt....
