Worst case of Bad Service

<p>After contacting Aramax SA numerous times in order to get my parcel that was for more that a week at Aramex, the eventually informed me that they only need my ID number for delivery, I gave them the number, calling back atleast 5 times in order to make sure the package gets deliverd, almost everytime i got no awnser and when i got awnswered they were useless. This is a very important package as i re**** on Aramex for delivery on time, this puts me in a bad spot with a bad reputation at my clients, my business is suffering losses due to poor customer service. This will be the last time i make use of Aramex SA. I hope that other clients were more successful than me. </p>
