worst attitude, service & empty promises

I have ordered goods and my fees paid included R99 for an OVERNIGHT delivery. This was done on 3/12/2015. The delivery was picked up on 5/12/2015 and delivered to your JHB Hub on 6/12/2015. <br> I phoned on 4/12/2015, to your Bloemfontein branch and spoke an Analise. First she confirmed that my tracking number does not exist on your system, and that you do not deliver over weekends and she will follow up on Monday (7/12/2015) and phone me back. NO PHONE CALL. I called the customer service and requested that the delivery be done and changed to Potchefstroom, seeing that I have left Welkom already after delivery was not done yet to Welkom. They assured me that it has been changed and they will contact my husband to confirm delivery to Potchefstroom. I even requested the change on your website. On 8/12/2015 still no delivery and no change in delivery address. On 9/12/2015 at 08H37 Mandy phoned and confirmed delivery between 11H00 and 14H30. At 15H00 I phoned Mandy and asked her about my delivery ?? I am still waiting. On 10/12/2015 I was told it was delivered to the wrong address and my parcell has been opened. And now that's my problem ??? And still no resolution and parcel
