Worst Aramex experience

worst experience ever with courier company, someone send me a parcel via their overnight service on wednesday, today is friday and nothing, and this is a very important thing that could land me in prison. I would never advise anyone to use their services ever again and worst part when you call them they don't even know where your parcel is at, they tell about some 3rd party nonsense like you guys sucks
