Worse than Covid

ARAMEX IS WORSE THAN COVID. My package has been "stuck" in customs for over 2 weeks. I do not believe this for one minute. Tax was paid on this package 10 days ago. They refuse to give me any answers and I've complained on every single platform with no reply. Whatever you do stay away from this company.
