Worse Shipping company

They have a worse shipping service from China to South Africa.On the track system you don't see where the shipment is and when you call the call center you get different answers of the package location.Its takes forever to arrive.l order every week parcels from China and l have been using FedEx and it's very very fast and efficient even their tracking system you see each and every station of the shipment journey.This was first time to have my package send with Aramex and lam very dissatisfied because l had other packages that were send few days after with FedEx and they all arrived to me but the one for Aramex still on the way.Worse service and will never use or opt to use your service again
