Worse services ever

I was told I would receive my order on the 10 December 2021 it’s now the 20th I still haven’t received my package.. I called most of there numbers and no one was answering I event sent emails no one answered than they answer now telling me that I have to pay R540 I did and they still didn’t. Response NEVER AM I USING ARAMEX AGAIN 😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
