WORSE SERVICE RECEIVED IN A LIFE TIME

They have the worse customer service i have never experienced in my life.

They are rude a give false information. It has beennow 2 weeks over since my parcel from china was supposed to be delivered to me

Since 15th october my parcel shows on the tracking app as awaiting custom clearance. When i call them, no one is able to give a proper answer.

Whe i send email, they either ignore me or say you will get your email soon to pay your taxes and that never happens.

Their Manager Makota is a waste!!

All i need is to get my parcel and that seems to be impossible, now one of the service is able to tell me when i cam be delivered and no one apologized!!!

Worse service, lazy employees.
