Worse service EVER!!!

I waited for more than a day for a parcel that was meant to be delivered overnight. When I track my parcel on their website its on Transit. When you can them you hold for ever and no one answer the phone.When you finally get hold of them they will be put on hold for minimum 10 minutes before you are put on hold again. My delivery was suppose to be yesterday as per their email, but i still have not received it. Its really a joke of an organisation. They dont take customer service serious. This company should be barned , it was my last time using them. They dont even deserve the one start I have rated , they deserve much lower rate than one star.
