worse service ever

i have sent goods to escourt using this courier service but i always have to phone and find out where is the goods and the person i sent the goods kept on phoning with no help from this company was told by a consultant stuff was suppose to be delivered yesterday and still not have sent them e-mail and no respond now i regret using this company its a **** company to work with and so as their consultant they dont know what they doing i'm very angry
