Worse logistic services ever!

I have been trying to get a deliver for over a month. I have been sent form one person to the other and now the original consultant no longer works in the customs department.

Originally they needed an invoice which I provided and now it's still delayed and no one is giving me feedback on what is happening

I was working from home and able to accept my package now I am not sure how I will get my package as I need to make arrangements but communication has been so bad I don't even know when it will be released. There has been other packages that was ordered after this one that was received through other logistic companies. Aramex is by far the worse I have dealt with
