Worse experience with any courier in my life

A parcel was posted to me on 17 July 2020 and was supposed to be delivered overnight. From Durban to Newcastle. It is now 21 July 2020 and no delivery. when tracked it says thr parcel is sitting in JHB sandton! My other parcel was sent on 20 July 2020. till now the tracking number is not picking up on their website from tracking! I have tried ALL the aremax office numbers in the country no one answers the damn phone! No responce to emails.

its like u sent your parcel with this person in the clouds and now u have no way of communication with them.

So much frustration. I will never ever use this courier company ever again!
