Worse delivery company

I have received nothing but bad service from this company. My order was sent on the 30th July and today its the 12th August, it still hasnt been delivered! They **** that a driver came and found no one at the house on the 10th when i was around all day because i work from home and the nanny is always home. They rescheduled again, for the next day only to be told that the package was given to wrong driver. Can my package please be delivered!!!!!!!! I want my package
