Worse couriers

I had to get my delivery on the 2022/06/27 they never pitched yesterday I received and sms stating the below...

Dear Samantha Brown ARAMEX ran out of time to deliver your ZARA Order *** today. We will arrange delivery for the next business day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

A few minutes later I received email stating that they were couldn't get ahold of me... they haven't called to confirm my availability even today worst couriers... useless if you ask me....
